Worked with very a good/nice team.

No intelligence required. Advancement is dependent on how far your head is shoved up your boss' butt. Doing a good job is recognized only if you don't exceed your boss or you will allow your boss to take credit for your accomplishments/ideas. Big shake up ("transformation") last year promoted the dumbest of the dumb and created new, high paying, positions for any loyal butt-kiss whose position was threatened. Anyone not interested in playing the game was - in the end - expendable.

Interviewed for a internal role in a second round in a team - the team didn't sell the role, the impression I got was you will work nights and overtime to commit to deadlines. questions asked: - examples of situations in your current job where there was disagreement between you and someone else in team. Thought this was too intrusive - how do you handle disagreements - how are you able to multi-task - are you able to commit to deadlines Got a very bad vibe with the team
