      a little silo'd from the rest of the company, would be cool to have more rotations in and out of the business, little opportunity for advancement beyond manager in department unless you rotate out and come back

Thought this was too intrusive - how do you handle disagreements - how are you able to multi-task - are you able to commit to deadlines Got a very bad vibe with the team
