Don't believe the Recruiter on pay - Inbound Contacts Representative II bei Humana: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Was told that I would be making $19 per hour after all my training, but it's up to individual supervisor. My supervisor feels that is too high of pay for the job. I only received a $1 an hour increase instead of $3 an hour increase. Other reps that I was in training with that have different managers did get the pay increase. I complained to HR, but they said it's up to individual supervisor.
