No promises kept - Product Manager bei Humana: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Compensation promises aren’t kept. There is no loyalty towards employees at all. I was promised a bonus structure based upon company and personal performance however when the business exceeded their goals by several hundred percent and my personal goals were also exceeded, excuses were made as to why the bonus was low. No merit increase at all despite a glowing review. To top it all off, when I decided to leave I asked my manager to look into my pto and if I’d be paid out, that failed to happen and I wasn’t paid out because I missed my 1 year date by 1 week! Had I known this I would have delayed my leave/start or I would have used my pto.
