Pros

Benefits start day one and you have the ability to accrue a decent amount of PTO

Kontras

No regard for the employees. Enormous amounts of mandatory overtime during peak seasons. The company makes millions of dollars and there are no rewards nor appreciation for the late nights and early mornings that are required.
