Concerning ethical behaviors amongst leadership. I would only consider working outside of the call centers if I were a white male from a traditional American background and really well connected in the Louisville area. The culture of the company is to cut corners and fudge numbers. It's a true old boys network. Most of the leadership is rewarded for making decisions that align with their personal/individual interests as opposed to the good of the company. If you have other options, go there.
