You do have the option to work from home in many of the departments and the company is making great strides to improve employees health by offering different incentive programs with monetary value and prizes.

Kontras

The advancement process is unclear and raises are typically based on an ambiguous self evaluation that then goes to your supervisor for review and the % of the raises is typically low. There aren't bonuses on regular basis and there is no standard time frame of when to expect your raise if you get one at all.
