Pros

Great family report with associates excluding upper management. Starting salaries are immaculate. Employee appreciations and pot lucks happen often to bring morale. Two years in a row all associates received a tax free 1000 Christmas bonus. Horrible medical benefits.

Kontras

Job opportunity advancement is lateral moves. You are advised to follow compliance yet you may be stuck on a call and liable to cut your short to maintain stats. Micromanagement is in effect with customer service associates. You can anticipate mandatory overtime. A lock for no movement meaning you can not apply for other positions until the lock is removed (may take up to 2 years). Lots of sexual discrimination from management, that is if your a women.
