Pros

Individual contributors are a close family.

Management is based around a clique and have no problem throwing Individal Contributors under the bus to make them look better. Mid level management preach work life balance, but in reality it is non existent. Theres a very close brotherhood/sisterhood between managers and directors, making it impossible to get promoted if you’re not in the “inner circle”.

Interviewed for a internal role in a second round in a team - the team didn't sell the role, the impression I got was you will work nights and overtime to commit to deadlines. questions asked: - examples of situations in your current job where there was disagreement between you and someone else in team. Thought this was too intrusive - how do you handle disagreements - how are you able to multi-task - are you able to commit to deadlines Got a very bad vibe with the team
