The pay is much better than some WFH jobs. I have an OUTSTANDING Supervisor.

Always pressuring you to spend less time on the call, know that the beneficiaries call with more complex issues. Seven minutes per call will not cut it. Everyone is winging it, no straightforward answers. You have to go on a "Dora the Explorer" adventure just to find the real answer. That takes way more than seven minutes.

Thought this was too intrusive - how do you handle disagreements - how are you able to multi-task - are you able to commit to deadlines Got a very bad vibe with the team
