If you are motivated and bright you have a lot of opportunity and is rewarded. There are some groups which do not micromanage and allow freedom and encourage ideas which help the company grow.
Kontras
No cohesiveness and much fingerpointing between the groups. No accountability with some groups in helping to resolve internal issues. The company is going in different directions and using the same staff to support. There is a poor balance between generating new business and supporting existing, sometimes not coming up with enterprise solutions for years.
