Pros
The work life balance is decent. Good team to work with , benefits are decent. A lot of opportunity to learn new technologies as they use IT technologies used is very diverse.
Kontras
The upper management does not understand the difference in IT work that can be done fully remote and the work of a staff that needs to work in a factory or lab setting. The employee attrition rate has been high since they eliminated remote work and is expected to get worse as most companies are now flexible with remote opportunities (since COVID) and the management wants all its employees back on site from sept 2022. Lots of finger pointing between different groups if something does not work.
