The overall management at Howspace is completely ineffective. No clear vision or direction for the company, change of directions takes place every other month. Not based on research. Results in constant confusion and chaos. Decisions were made haphazardly, without proper consideration for the impact on employees or the business as a whole. It is evident that the management team lacked the necessary skills and experience to lead a successful organization. It became apparent that nepotism runs rampant within Howspace. Every other employee is either a family member or a close friend of someone in a position of power. This creates an environment of favoritism, where promotions and opportunities are handed out based on personal relationships rather than merit. It is incredibly frustrating for people to see talented and deserving individuals being overlooked simply because they didn't have the right connections. The toxic culture, nepotism, broken promises, and biased treatment of remote employees make it an incredibly challenging and demoralizing place to work. If you value fairness, transparency, and a supportive work environment, look elsewhere. Howspace falls far short of meeting even the most basic expectations, and it is regrettable to waste time and energy on such a dysfunctional company.

Pros

Howspace is the best collaboration and learning platform, reliable, versatile, evolving, and loved by customers. Lovely and satisfied customers. I have never before worked in a place where customer satisfaction is this high, which means that 99% of customer work is positive, inspiring, and energizing. Smart, helpful, fun, and easygoing coworkers. A good spirit of collaboration, largely shared values, and a shared "love" for Howspace have carried us forward so far. Good employment benefits and nice get-togethers every now and then.

Pros

+ although there are constant changes, these days it feels like the direction is clear and the company is making improvements rather than changes + the company has gone through a rather long path to become a SaaS company, but now it seems like we’re finally getting there + fun and professional people, I truly enjoy working with my colleagues + ambitious targets, but there’s room for freedom and responsibility in how to achieve them

- not a con as such, but with changes in the leadership, the culture is developing and don’t know yet which form it will take - the pace is high, and constant prioritisation is needed to manage one’s workload sustainably - some of the pro’s could also be seen as cons, and I think it requires a certain mindset to see them more as positives
