Howl's culture doesn't fall short of excellence. The company prides itself on recruiting diverse, seasoned, dynamic talent, and that's reflected in all aspects of everyday culture. Especially in a startup environment, you'll have the opportunity to work *very* intimately with your coworkers and charter your own path across a variety of fields/disciplines. You'll have coworkers who come from major industry players like Meta, Google, Amazon, and Conde Nast, which lends itself to a highly intellectual, experienced employee makeup.

Work expectations can be demanding and sometimes disjointed but nothing out of the ordinary for a newer company. If you arrive with a growth mindset, those challenges become major opportunities.

Pros

- I love the people I work with, who are all very collaborative, smart and hard-working (and diverse!) - The company is in a growing phase which allows for non-stop creativity, offering constructive feedback to the CEO, and implementing new ways of working. I like feeling autonomous in my work that can turn into larger company-wide initiatives or processes. - The clients and partners we work with are fantastic!

- Hitting revenue goals is always a high-pressure job, so you will likely work more than 40 hours to be successful. - Newer company and platform means you need patience as things get worked out and improved. It can be frustrating when things "don't work" how you'd like them to, so you need to be okay with that style of work.
