Retrenchment without understanding - Sales Manager bei Howden Group: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Management has no idea what Howden is selling. Lack of product knowledge, competitors across region and understanding of customers. Expects repeated orders from the same customers every year and expects customers to buy only from Howden. Only cares about quotations' margin and not actual expectations from customers. Colleagues are too fixated of the old ways and trying to 'control' margins at quotations and does not understand competition in this region and think that they know the market well which baffled me.
