Work schedule is flexible, can work from home, management is super nice, caring and give you freedom to work efficiently rather than micro managing, opportunity to get promoted, good benefits, free gym, discounted cafeteria on site, good work/life balance. Company has great ICARE value. I am very pleased and blessed to get this opportunity. It is one of the top places to work in state of Texas as well as in US (FORTUNE 2015 rank USA: 57)
