      Pros

      There are some really great people here to work with and the hospital has great values. Great cafeteria. I love being in the medical center and working at a prestigious hospital. I do not have to work extra long hours. They have a great wellness center with a gym and classes.

      Kontras

      The pay is not that great. Barely any bonus or pay raise.
