Pros

Really good money, got some wicked news that I got promoted to senior sales after being with the company for 5 months. Its been tough and dealing with rejections has definitely shown me how resliant I can be but finally all that hard work has paid off

Can be tough and you need to have be positive otherwise you will find telesales hard

Good pay and plenty of incentives

Dog eat dog atmosphere and although the training was good the pressure to perform straight away is too much of an ask for the majority of people who join the company from the staff turnover

easy telesales job, autodialer, 200-300 calls a day with a given script and few days training just easy work. decent commission.

Kontras

the people you call often abuse or play around with you. a boring product to sell. monotonous and clock watching. no real progression just anonymous desk flesh.
