Our CEO consistently pushed the company to think bigger while still remaining deeply invested in the people building it day to day. I always felt trusted to own my work and empowered to contribute beyond my job description.

You are free to leave at any time. I did just that. I found a good job elsewhere and left this horrible experience behind.

The leadership is awful. These arrogant people spend a lot of time blaming employees for not doing a perfect job. In reality, the leaders were incompetent. These terrible people couldn't do their jobs right, and it had a negative impact on everyone. If you have a bit of self-respect, you will avoid this toxic workplace. Here, you will find nothing but a lot of awful stress. You will be humiliated over little things and blamed for not doing a perfect job when you didn't even have the resources to do a good job. Most of my colleagues were also frustrated or burnt out. They had given up and were adjusting just for the pay. It was depressing to be around such negative people. I took my first breath of relief the day I quit.
