Hours and the pay is ok. Definitely favourites though when regarding this.

Bad management. I’ve been there currently for over 20 years. Head off production is horrible to people. Only with the company because the owner is good and it’s flexible hours for my life

Been working here now for 9 years and have seen great changes in the company. So much more efficient now with better wages, more holiday, shorter working week, bonuses, lunch bought every month and great parties. Best thing over the years has been the removal of bad attitude staff which has left the rest of us far happier.

Wish poor staff had left sooner
