Mid-level managers have too much power. People who gets promotions are ones that chat with their bosses 2 hours a day chatting about anything but work. Mid-level managers do not know work priorities and only cares how many hours to sit at work, whether you are being productive or not. Most people want to leave. In my department all the managers are Caucasian and almost all the non-Caucasians are working at lower levels. Low salary compared to other companies.
