Positive onboarding and experience - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Hologic: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I have worked at Hologic for 5 weeks and my experience so far has been really positive. Very welcoming and friendly colleagues across all functions I have interacted with. Everyone has a common purpose and shared drive to succeed. Its a complex matrix organisation so does take some time to understand all the interactions however in my experience everyone has been really open and supportive during my onboarding/ induction. Based on my experience so far, the people I have interacted with and the products/services offered by Hologic I am excited to be here.
