Also be prepared to work with very limited resources, and upper management will NOT backfill any positions. - Upper management's idea of "engagement" is to come in every few months with a 15 minute speech. That does not work. - You will work on very poorly managed projects with half your resources and half the usual deadline. - VERY SLOW CAREER GROWTH. Be prepared to face years of hard work with no promotion in sight. Ever.
