Laidback, work load are manageable.

Low pay, may be compensated with bonus but unpredictable. Bosses are always saying "company not doing well" so cut back on bonuses and increment. Resulting in employees always complaining because of not appreciated. Some managers play around with politics to fire/hire/relocate staffs.
