Cannot think of any, other than being trauma bonded to your coworkers.

You will essentially be overworked and belittled for peanuts. The staff turnover has only gotten worse since my departure so I can only imagine what those poor workers are going through. Although the company inflates itself as being “modern”, located in major cities around the world, and having a large team - none of that is true. Management meetings are a total shit-show full of screaming matches and rash/objectively poor decisions. The team is micromanaged and tracked down to the very second, and the benefits package is abysmal. You will be made to feel like a robot sitting at the exact same spot for 8+ hours mindlessly completing tasks. The expectations are through the roof as the focus is on producing a lot of quantity instead of quality work.

The people you work with are kind and encouraging. We are all in the same sinking ship, which creates a sense of union.

You will notice all the 5 star reviews are before Hiilite fell apart in 2021. The CEO will tell anyone who is willing to listen about his degrees, yet it is evident he hasn’t got a clue what he is doing. Extremely poor leadership with no integrity. No vision for the business to grow, it only seems to be getting worse and losing more money each month. CEO not afraid to intimidate and belittle his staff and his customers. He is the epitome of a narcissist, and the majority of women, colleagues and customers who have crossed his path will agree.
