      Pros

      Good working environment, very good colleagues, Project flow is pretty much good, Cooperative Hr & senior employees. They celebrate special occasions in office. Leave policy is somehow better than previous other than ELs or Sick leaves.

      Working hour is too long & frequently changing hr policy (sometimes even with no knowledge of employees.).

      1. A lot of scope in learning new stuff. 2. Total creative control of one's work. 3. Supportive and encouraging Seniors.

      1. Office space doesn't include sufficient area for sitting in the pantry for lunch. Though we have been assured of renovations. 2. Saturdays are a working day here!
