• Absolutely nothing till the Director level. • Only senior leadership is enjoying it – perks, respect, freedom, bonuses, the works. Everyone below that is just grinding. • You will feel the company is not an organization but a school – full of rules, hierarchy, poor work culture, and zero real professionalism.

Figure it out or die trying – that’s the official policy. It’s sink-or-swim from day one, and most people just sink while the managers watch and blame you for not knowing things nobody ever taught you. • The entire place runs on politics, favoritism, and ego. Mid-level managers act like school prefects, senior leadership is completely disconnected, and you’re treated like a replaceable school kid rather than a professional.
