Exceptionally talented people with well defined goals and execution of projects. Always looking the what is the best in the individual and their contribution for the betterment of the company. Great management/founders. Always accessible and communicative at every level. Small size allows issues to be addressed immediately without all of the middle management red tape BS.
Kontras
Could use more cross pollination of ideas for projects. Not so much a con but a reflection of working in a small Indy studio. The games industry can be tough always trying to find the next project that best represents the talents of the personnel within and when someone else is funding your development you are beholden to them which dictates that you don't have the freedom to call your own shots that exploit the strengths you possess.
