- Everybody cares about what happens and where HiConversion is going, which is very refreshing to see.
- Nice office space.
- Conveniently located, many restaurants and coffee options nearby.
- Things can move quickly for one's career - unlike a traditional corporation, there aren't layers of red tape to cut through or office politics to navigate.
Kontras
- Depending on the individual, you might find that there is very little training. Some people are fine with this and can flourish, others might not be. It depends on the individual.
- The building is cold (the A/C is usually on full-blast, so you might need a jacket or hoodie to work here). Although to be fair, the A/C is controlled by the office building / property management.

Great technology, management, and culture. The technology behind HiConversion is incredible. You can really see the passion that was put into the software. Everything was carefully and thoroughly thought out when building the platform. From testing to analytics, not a single detail was forgotten. There is so much potential with HiConversion. With multiple years of experience in the optimization field this is an amazing place to grow and excel. This is only possible with the collaboration of an excellent management team. Within the next couple years I foresee HiConversion being a requirement for optimization and analytics. This is an amazing company to work for. I highly recommend it.

Some of the minor cons found at HiConversion are similar to what you would find at any company. Every company is not a "one size fits all". Some common complaints are WFH policy, corporate structure, and benefits. As a company HiConversion has already responded to some of these issues by creating new management positions and new policies. While complaints are inevitable HiConversion is listening and willing to adapt to its employees needs. Additionally, HiConversion is a perfect company for individuals dedicated to learning, growing, and advancing. If your only interested in a repetitive cubical job this may not be the place for you. HiConversion is a high energy job, where you will see the fruits of your labor.
