Reaktion von Hi-Line
10yThis is Jack. First, let me say thank you for your kind words regarding our health insurance. It is awesome! At first, that seemed like a nice start. Then I read more of your disgruntled, negative post and realize a Fact Check is imminent in this situation. Each year since the latest recession of 2009 Hi-Line has seen growth. So yes, that is considered 'growth mode'. We do and will continue to promote that in a proud manner. No one is being 'bullied' as you implied. That is complete balderdash and you and I both know it. Also, some managers, such as myself, had little managerial experience at this company when being promoted into their current roles. Hi-Line is big on promoting from within. Isn't that what all companies desire? We love to promote folks that have been employed and successful within our company for many years. That exemplifies a company that offers room for advancement. You make that sound like a bad thing in which it is not. Hi-Line does have a lengthy on-boarding process because we want to hire the brightest and best. There is nothing wrong or discriminatory about our process. You say slandering remarks about things you know nothing about. There is no 'hostile work environment' like you state in your post which is completely different than what you were saying while employed here. Hi-Line's Territory Manager opportunity is a similar model to a franchise opportunity so financial statement pages and cash flow analysis sheets are common practice. We do this to ensure the success of a new Territory Manager. We believe it is very important to be transparent regarding the expectations of their first year so everyone knows what to expect financially if sales objectives are met by the Territory Manager. We want to make sure we are setting all Territory Managers up for success. Hi-Line's benefits are super competitive. Medical insurance starts 30 days after employment which is better than industry standards of 90 days. You state one can't contribute into their 401k plan until 1 year. That is also false. Everyone can contribute to their 401k plan immediately upon their start date. You also say matching is small. $500 may be small to you but when you factor in Hi-Line's employee tenure it can add up to some serious money down the road. Another fact about 401k matching is 42% of all small businesses in the USA do not match at all. 23% of those companies can't afford a matching program, so I think that says something about Hi-Line's stability and genuine desire to care for all employees. To my knowledge, no one has ever 'destroyed or refused to return company property' once leaving Hi-Line. I am not even sure where these statements are coming from. These are all truly unfortunate, slandering remarks you are placing in your posts to vent frustration. I am starting to understand how it could be difficult to recruit for Hi-Line's TM position with so many wrong, outrageous statements that you are now casting upon Hi-Line. To finish, no one failed you. Only you truly know why you were not successful as a Corporate Recruiter for Hi-Line. You were given many tools to help contribute to your success, yet for whatever reason(s), were unable to deliver results.
