People in and out, it is hard to build sustainable and scaleable practices. - Leadership meeting is always scheduled in the evening and runs to early in the morning. No work/life balance. CEO tends to use the length of staying in the office to evaluate how devoted you are with the company. Ironically, people play the rule by taking much longer time for lunch or dinner and returns back to the office at 9 PM, pretending to be busy.
