This is a lie, there is no data science there. -Managers have no power and every decision is made by the boss, who appears to be whimsical. -Now to the Boss.. he is « close » to the employees, and yet delusional and so out of touch with people’s mindset. -He fired and will fire you, if you are on the bench due to too many consultants on the bench. This is because for some reason the boss judged the person on charge of finding clients was unnecessary and fired them. Makes no sense. -Promises that salary raises are related to objectives set at the start and involvement in the company => lies, people that had contributed got no raises. And others who barely completed the objectives got their salary raised.
