Ridiculous high pay for new hires, tenured mechanics and drivers not so much.

Upper management is toxic. Tenure doesn’t matter. The turnover rate out side of select 20+ year employees is through the roof. ZERO training for mechanics. Minimal tools provided for specialty jobs.
