Unfair remote work policy, rather not one at all. Some are allowed to come in as they please, others have strict attendance guidelines. Many people (including managers) moved away during Covid, and some have even been promoted. Those of us who stayed in SWFL and loyal to the company, have been rewarded with RTO mandates and limited promotional opportunities
