      Pros

      The most thorough orientation I've been a part of. Two days in orientation and the last hour of your second day is the tour of the plant. Very informative and caring.

      Twenty minutes for lunch...(paid)... and 2 ten minute breaks!

      Great motivated and smart people, good culture for interns and lots of projects for interns to learn hands on engineering

      Kontras

      Sometimes different teams can get busy and require you to really advocate for support/help for your work, as managers or other engineers will not really have time to check in with you sometimes. Still a great experience.
