Projects are good and environment is creative. Work/life balance is good. Insurance is good but expensive.
Kontras
No investment back into employees. There is no defined career path or reward for going above and beyond. "Merit" based raises are pretty typical, much the same within a department. You can excel and will still get the same raise as the person who did the minimum.
