Too muhc work on personal stuff

Can't complain in my position, I work hard and have a great team. The salaries have gone up, and they feed you very well every day. My team relationship is great, we organize a lot of fun team events.

High employee turnover. MANY jobs are being replaced by AI, the company blatantly tells us this is the plan, congratulates any sort of automation, and somehow simultaneously holds meetings to tell people not to worry about their jobs. The culture can be a bit smothering, employees are often asked to attend unpaid meetings, and evening-long "prep nights".
