HelloFresh truly is a dynamic company. Management is extremely welcoming and constantly reaching out to get to know any new employees. The meal kit field is extremely interesting, and you get exposed to work in Supply Chain, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Real Estate, and just about anything else you can imagine. No two days will be the same, and I mean that in the best way. There are definitely roles here, but everyone's responsibilities will overlap at times, where you have to be creative to get the job done. Lastly, the people are the best part of HelloFresh. Ambitious but welcoming, it's easy to come to work every day.

It is a start-up, and you'll have to work hard. The good news is that, the effort is recognized and Management goes out of their way to make sure that, while there may be long hours, employees are rewarded for their work. Other than that, working at HelloFresh is a privilege.
