Poor management who is very pushy on targets with little support offered or training to improve sales. Complaints or issues raised fall on deaf ears. Very high staff turnover losing nearly 50% of new starts within the first few days during each hiring phase. Working hours advertised are unrealistic, out on the road from 10.30am until after 7pm every evening, yet only getting paid for 33hr per week.
