*Opportunities to move up - there are number of ways you can contribute to other teams and departments. Hard work is definitely noticed (I have had two promotions in under 12 months) *Awesome culture - everyone is amazing. I consider my colleagues my friends also. *You can speak your mind - this is a big one for me! I have become so confident since I started here and I know I can tell my team members and managers any concerns queries or thoughts I have. *HelloFresh is addictive and fast-paced - everyday is a different day.

*It is still a young company, so there is a limit of what we can do process / software wise. But that doesn't mean that we will not achieve it, it just means it is still being achieved. *Renumeration - for me, the rewards are beyond a $, but because HelloFresh is a toddler, the pay is a little low.
