After going public, the company is looking to cut costs wherever it can, regardless of the negative impact. This is creating an extremely disappointing employee experience. Threats from Senior Management to revoke company benefits that once helped create an engaging workplace culture perfectly represents the direction the company has taken over the past year. From someone who joined prior to going public and becoming the market leader, the company is no longer fun and quirky like it once was. I used to look forward to coming to work everyday and now it's a drag because higher management has made it clear that they do not prioritize their employee satisfaction. The company has lost its flair that attracted candidates to the market in the first place.
