This approach does not tie in with our product’s values. Please note that we changed our direct sales management from when your review was posted. In addition, we now pay a training base for the first two weeks of the role, this gives an ample amount of time for people to learn the job. It is true that you can earn uncapped commissions. Unfortunately, rejection is part of the role, as you say, the product does not suit everyone. We understand that working as a sales representative is not always easy and requires a lot of patience.
