So, so many red flags and awful things to list, but the biggest is that retaliation (yes, the illegal kind) is real and rampant. This includes in HR leadership who will call you out for asking questions about an action taken against you. The “at-will” employment clause is abused to the point that they will “lay off” the best employees because one of the leaders doesn’t like them.
