The Heidelberg vision statement “Thriving adapting and leading the way to be our customers #1 choice” hasn’t been true since the buyout/warehouse merge. For years now upper management has been finding more ways to screw over their customers. They hide behind their desks and zoom calls while drivers and sales reps have to deal with angry customers because of their faults.
