Projects that are super fun to work on visually as an artist. The founder is himself an artist, and it shows in the pop of the visuals. Kind and supportive people. Egos don't seem to drive things here like they sometimes can in creative industries. Really great medical benefits, PTO/sick time/holidays, work/life balance

The company is slowly growing, and there are understandable growing pains along with this growth. It's less of a con, and more of a "to be expected." You just have to factor in the timeline of the growth with your own personal goals to determine what you're ok with.

There's a serious lack of trust and communication when it comes to the c-suite which has crippled the creative process for the rest of the studio. C-suite needs to not interfere with the work of the people hired to do their jobs. Also, there is little to no upward mobility (raises, promotions) or recognition of real contributions which is very demotivating
