Pros
At first it was fun and creative in sales. They they came up with what they call an IMPACT way of selling which is great but does have draw backs. For the most part other sales reps ate helpful and pleasant, decent management.
Kontras
QA is ridiculous, with not a clue what they are doing. Their latest "kick" is AGENDA. Set an agenda. Seems if you don't say the word AGENDA they don't understand that you ARE setting an agenda. I am in sales, but they score on calls for Customer service as well, unfair system.
