      You get paid what you are worth. If you worked hard you could make a very good commision

      Stock program was really good but now they are holding the stock and you can not sell you shares. They give no reason as to why and no support. HM and I put into the program but cant sell my stock that is vested for over 15 years

      Tons of resources, easily available feedback from superiors, company offers motivating trips if reach sales goals

      No local office to report to, variable schedule, very busy during open enrollment and must renew licenses yearly
