No pros for now. Not sure about the company any more.

After acquisition, first few months were difficult , a little chaos but things started changing when new leadership stepped in Hyderabad office. People were being heard and motivated at the same time. We were getting due credit for smallest achievements, and so on, but HR leadership outside Hyderabad will make it a point to make your life miserable. There is no 'Human' aspect to their Human resources. What's the point of 'iBelong' and other progressive nonsense when there is no humanness in you? Not sure how they brag about being best, brightest and great place to work. New leadership had started making some positive impact to the enterprise but Most of them despite being top talents have left.

Pros

Great overall onboarding and new hire experience. Very well structured internal processes and pleasantly helpful leadership and kind team members! Willingness and proactiveness to get feedback to help with getting better, improving, and refining processes and tools. Great active support to all employees, both tenured and freshies! Thank you HealthEdge! I am really looking forward to working on projects and serving our clients/customers together with the teams here at HealthEdge!
