3yThank you for your review and your feedback. I read and reread your review, and we have been working to strengthen and reinforce principles of transparency, love and respect for every team member over the past six months, even as we are required to make some important changes in order to continue to earn the right to be an independent, mission-focused company moving forward. I'm grateful to see much progress made, and a reacceleration beginning in our growth and in our profitability progress as well. We have also striven to follow the Health Catalyst Way even as we've needed to streamline our cost structure, but use many levers before layoffs in order to achieve that cost structure. I'm grateful for the team member positions that have been preserved as a result of this strategy, even though it took more time than a more layoff-heavy approach would have taken. I'm also feeling meaningfully optimistic about our future as a company, and am excited for a strong 2023. I hope that these positive changes and signals will be persuasive enough for you to choose to stay with Health Catalyst, and I recognize that it is our responsibility as leaders to provide a compelling place for team members to want to work and to want to stay.
