Thank you for your review and for your feedback generally as well as specific to the 401(k) match benefit. While we were grateful to be in a position, financially, to reinstate the match at the 3% level a little sooner than we had anticipated, we also acknowledge that this is not a full reinstatement, and as we've discussed in our all team member meetings, while we plan to increase the match further in the future, it will not likely be back to the same level, based on our benchmarking research. I recognize that this is net-negative news for team members, but appreciate our team members' willingness to listen to the rationale and the process by which we came to this decision, and then to keep moving forward together.
